GA Drawing Options form

Used to control the display of general arrangement drawing elements.

Opens when GA Drawing Options is clicked from the GA Drawing tab in the View window.

Setting	Description
Display Column no.s	Select this option to display the column numbers in callouts on the GA Drawing.
Display Column Numbers in Schedule Table	Select this option to display the column numbers in the footing schedule.
Optimize Gridlines	Select this option to allow the program to automatically control the display of column grildlines.
Display Columns Only	Select this option to toggle off the display of foundations and other non-column entities.
Show GA Drawing for current job only	If you have multiple jobs in the same STAAD Foundation Advanced project, select this option to limit the GA Drawing to display only the job currently selected in the Job Selection list in the Standard toolbar.
Angle between GA drawing north and true north	Used to rotate the plan drawing for convenience.
Refresh	Click to update the GA Drawing for any changes in the options or if a Create Group action has been performed.
Element Properties	Used to set the color and font size of drawing text and the color and line type for lines. The Arrow Size for callouts and dimension lines can also be adjusted. Click the square color button adjacent to an element to open the Select Color dialog. Click the Line button adjacent to a element to open the Select Linetype dialog.
Material Properties	Used to set color and line type by material.
